Brighton and Hove Albion have completed the signing of midfielder Ryan Harley from Swansea City. Seagulls boss Gus Poyet had wanted to sign the winger in January earlier this year but lost out to the Swans as Harley chose a move to the Liberty Stadium. However he was immediately re-loaned back to Exeter and was found surplus to requirements at the Welsh club by manager Brendan Rodgers in the summer following their promotion to the Premier League.
Harley has put pen to paper a three year deal at the Amex Stadium. Brighton have had a great start to the new season, taking 10 points from their first four fixtures. The Seagulls are joint third with Boro, two points behind both Southampton and Derby County in the Npower Championship standings.
