Greek giants Olympiakos are said to be interested in securing the services of Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky. The Czech star is currently a bits and pieces player at the Emirates, having never quite regained the swagger of old after a hamstring tendon injury forced him to miss competitive football for eighteen months.
Olympiakos face competition from Bundesliga outfit VfL Wolfsburg, whose coach Felix Magath has also openly spoke of his admiration for the Czech playmaker.
Rosicky knows the Bundesliga well, having represented Borussia Dortmund prior to his transfer to Arsenal in 2006.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger doesn’t exactly want to sell Rosicky yet, but may be willing to let the Czech star leave the Emirates if a suitable offer comes in.
