Chelsea are set to make their second high profile transfer in the span of less than a week in the form of Brazilian striker Hulk. The Blues have reportedly agreed a £38m transfer fee to bring the Atletico Madrid strike to the Bridge and sources in the know claim that the deal is all but done.
Chelsea reached an agreement with Ligue 1 outfit Lille OSC for the £32m transfer of young Belgian playmaker Eden Hazard just a few days ago and this transfer of Hulk will send out a message that Blues manager Roman Abramovich is seriously targetting league glory this season to add to the Champions League title the club picked up last month in Munich.
