Anzhi Makhachkala striker Lacina Traore is dreaming of playing in the Premier League, after helping his Russian club defeat Premier League Liverpool 1-0 in the Europa League. He has been linked with a move to the British top flight in the past, with Arsenal and Tottenham believed to be tracking him.
The striker has been in superb form for his Russian side this season and is highly-rated. The 22 year-old Ivory Coast star is currently concentrating on being successful with the big spending Russian outfit, but has refused to rule anything out.
Traore told the press after the Liverpool game: “England is a great place to play, I am no different to any other player. It is a dream but I am happy here, although you never know.”
The giant striker looks like he could be a star of the future and it’s likely that he will move to a bigger European league very soon.
