Arsenal are being linked with Newcastle midfield duo Yohan Cabaye and Cheick Tiote. The pair have impressed in the Newcastle midfield in the last couple of seasons and the Gunners are now being linked £15million moves for the pair.
Cabaye only joined the Magpies last summer from French club Lille for £5million. He was one of the outstanding performers for the Toon last season, as Newcastle finished 5th in the English top flight. He is now rated as one of the top central midfielders in the Premier League.
Cheikh Tiote arrived at Newcastle from FC Twente for a bargain £3.5million in 2010. Since then he has established himself as one of the top midfielder enforcers in the Premier League. Arsenal are desperate for a midfield replacement for Alex Song and are expected to make a move before the transfer deadline.
