According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal could be set to up their bid for Liverpool’s controversial striker Luis Suarez to £35million. It is believed that the Gunners have already had a bid of around £30million turned down by the Reds, but they could now up their bid.
Suarez has been very vocal about wanting to leave Liverpool. However, he has stated that the reason for leaving Liverpool would be to get away from the British media. A move to the Emirates Stadium looks an unlikely one, and Real Madrid remains favourites for the Uruguayans signature.
