Reported Arsenal target Julio Cesar is being chased by Italian club Fiorentina. The QPR keeper looked set for a switch to Italian club Napoli, but the moved fell through when the Brazilian international could not agree terms.
Arsenal are reportedly still interested in the former-Inter keeper, but it seems that Fiorentina have now emerged as favourites to sign Cesar. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is looking to bring in competition for young keeper Wojciech Szczesny for the new season.
However, the Gunners are still yet to make any major signings this summer, despite a declaration that they would spend big this summer.
