Brentford have completed the loan signings of Blair Adams and Miguel Llera from Sunderland AFC and Blackpool respectively. Adams, 20, will stay with the Bees for a period of three months. Llera, 32, will do the same and both signings are expected to added teeth to the Brentford backline.
Adams, a product of the Sunderland academy, made the most number of appearances for the club’s second team last season. He was also on the bench when Sunderland triumphed 3-0 over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Tall centre half Llera, the first Spanish player to play for Charlton Athletic, made his Blackpool debut in their pre-season friendly against Glasgow Rangers.
Both Llera and Adams are in line to make their debut for the Bees this weekend against Wycombe.
