Norwich have been busy recruiting new players ahead of the new season, and look set to launch another bid for Celtic striker Gary Hooper. The Canaries had numerous bids turned down for the striker in January.
However, according to the Daily Record the Canaries are set to launch a fresh £4million bid for the prolific striker. The Hoops look likely to reject the bid, as the Scottish champions believe that Hooper is worth more than £4million.
Championship QPR are also believed to be in the race for the former-Scunthorpe striker. Their second tier status is likely to work against them though.
