Championship club Cardiff City look set to be busy before the transfer window shuts on Friday night. The side from the Welsh capital added winger Craig Noone to their squad earlier today, the former-Liverpool youngster joined the Bluebirds from Brighton for an undisclosed fee.
The 24 year-old has impressed at the Amex Arena in recent seasons and has signed a four-year contract with the Welsh side. Noone could be joined at City by striker Nick Maynard.
Maynard’s club Premier League West Ham have accepted an undisclosed fee for the striker and he is now expected to make his way to Cardiff to discuss personal terms and have a medical. The 25 year-old only joined the Irons in January from Bristol City, but has struggled to score goals at the Boleyn Ground, scoring just three goals in 16 appearances last season for West Ham.
