Chelsea have brought in Victor Moses from Wigan and Marseille full-back Cesar Azpilicueta to bolster their squad. The Blues have been chasing Moses signature for nearly a year and are believed to have paid £9million for the Nigerian international.
The 21 year-old can play as a winger or as a central striker and the maverick star will provide the Blues with a touch of versatility and pace to their forward line. Moses had less than a year left on his contract at the DW Stadium.
Spanish under-21 international Cesar Azpilicueta has joined Roberto Di Matteo’s team for a reported fee of £7million. The 22 year-old is highly-rated and Chelsea have been looking to sign defensive reinforcements, after full-back Jose Bosingwa left the club on a free transfer this summer.
The youngster was part of the Spain team that flopped at the London Olympics. However, Azpilicueta is highly-rated and was believed to be being tracked by Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid before he made his move to French club Marseille.
