It has been reported that Chelsea have agreed a £50million deal for Atletico Madrid’s Diego Costa.
It is believed that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is desperate to sign a world class striker for next season, and according to reports in Spain, Chelsea have already struck an agreement for the Spanish international star.
Costa who has so far scored over 30 goals for Atletico this season, will come face-to-face with his proposed new club Chelsea when Atletico meet Chelsea in the Champions League semi-final on the 22nd of April.
The deal should be completed on June 30th and will equal the £50m club-record fee Chelsea paid Liverpool for Fernando Torres.
