According to reports Everton are set to complete the £6million signing of Olympiakos striker Kevin Mirallas. The Belgian international is also wanted by Arsenal, but has revealed that he has a preference for Merseyside because he is more likely to be a regular starter at Goodison than the Emirates.
Mirallas has just enjoyed his best season in front of goal scoring 20 goals, as Olympiakos lifted the Greek title. The versatile 24 year-old also won the countries Player of the Year award. Mirallas is considered a very skilful attacker, who can play anywhere across the front line.
A former-Everton striker Louis Saha is also set to change clubs this summer. The French international was released at the end of the season by Tottenham and now looks set to complete a free transfer to North East outfit Sunderland.
The 34 year-old has struggled for goals in recent seasons, as he has been plagued by injuries and lack of confidence. Black Cats boss Martin O’Neill is searching for new striking options, after his side struggled in front of goal last season.
