Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman has insisted that in demand winger Wilfried Zaha is not for sale. Zaha has been linked with a move in the press to a number of Premier League clubs, most notably North-West giants Liverpool and Manchester United, following his dazzling performances for the Eagles this season
However with Palace still in the hunt for a playoff spot and looking likely to reach the finals of the Carling Cup, Freedman has said that he will not sell Zaha in the ongoing winter transfer window.
Freedman also told the Daily Mail that he had held talks with both Kenny Dalglish and Sir Alex Ferguson regarding Zaha’s future.
Zaha was impressive in Palace’s quarterfinal win in the Carling Cup over Man Utd and recently penned a fresh 5 and a half year contract at Selhurst Park.
