Fulham are believed to be interested in signing Aston Villa striker Darren Bent. Fulham boss Martin Jol has recently revealed that he feels like he still needs to bring in one or two players this summer, ahead of the new season.
Bent is also believed to be a target for Newcastle, but a move back to his native London may prove a more tempting one. Bent was frozen out at Villa last season, as he made just seven appearances for the Villans. Villa are believed to value Bent at £5million and Fulham look set to meet that valuation.
