Arsenal and Everton are among the growing list of clubs interested in Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard. The French forward’s incredible form this season- 27 goals across all competitions, has made him one of the SPL’s hottest properties, with reports valuing him at a whopping £35m.
According to the French press, the likes of Lille and Marseille are also keeping tabs on the striker, as are Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund, but a move to the Premier League looks more likely. Everton have sent scouts on several previous occasions to watch the striker in action while Arsenal might be need in striking reinforcements next summer with rumours of an exit surrounding both Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.
Aubameyang has been linked with both Barcelona and Real Madrid while Atletico Madrid have emerged as a destination for Lacazette, with Los Colchoneros prepared to send Thomas Partey the other way to ensure the deal goes through.
The 22-year-old Edouard has represented France at various youth levels and has also tasted continental success with Les Bleus’ U-17 side. A PSG academy product, Edouard had loan stints at both Toulouse and Celtic before joining Parkhead on a permanent deal two summers ago for £9m- a club record signing.
