Highly rated French midfielder Guy Moussi has pledged his future to Nottingham Forest by putting pen to paper a fresh three year deal at the City Ground. New Forest manager Steve McClaren was keen to tie up a deal for Moussi, whose original contract with the Reds ended last month and has now succeeded in his endeavour with Moussi signing fresh terms.
It was rumoured that Moussi was attracting plenty of interest from clubs in both France and England after a productive three year stint at Forest, who signed him from Angiers in 2008.
In other Forest transfer news, McClaren seems to have failed in his pursuit to land exciting Dutch winger Wesley Verhoek with reports emerging that Forest have not been able to agree terms with Verhoek’s club ADO Den Haag.
