According to reports emanating from Spain, Real Madrid star Gonzalo Higuain has revealed that he is wanted by Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge. The striker has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal this summer, but this could prove an interesting development.
Mourinho managed Higuain in the Spanish capital, but the Argentinian played a bit-part role for Los Blancos under Mourinho.
Higuain could emerge as an alternative target to Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney, who the Blues recently had a bid rejected. Mourinho had previously stated that the England striker was his only transfer target this summer.
