Premier League newcomers are looking to strengthen their attack ahead of their return to the top-flight. According to the Sun, Arsenal’s Nicklas Bendtner is being targeted by the Tigers this summer. The Danish international spent last season on-loan at Juventus, after falling down the pecking order at the Emirates.
Bruce has previously managed Bendtner at Sunderland, when the striker was on-loan in the north east and Bruce was boss of the Black Cats. It seems that Bruce wants to be reunited with the striker.
The Tigers looked closed to signing Burnley prolific striker Charlie Austin, but the former-Swindon star failed his medical.
