West Bromwich Albion have officially completed the signing of goalkeeper Marton Fulop from Ipswich Town. Fulop, who has put pen to paper a one year deal at the Hawthorns, was signed by Baggies boss Roy Hodgson as backup to regular stopper Ben Foster, who was recently signed on loan from Birmingham City.
West Brom have now undergone a complete change in the Gk department, with Fulop and Foster coming in for Carson and Boaz Myhill. Both keepers are in line to make an appearance for the Baggies when they clash against Parma in a pre-season friendly.
Hungarian keeper Fulop has been in England since 2004, when he joined Tottenham from Bodajik. Since then, he has had as many as six spells on loan at various clubs and has played for the likes of Sunderland, Man City, Leicester, Stoke and Coventry City amongst others.
