Young Chelsea star Gael Kakuta has agreed to join Dijon on loan till the end of the season. The youngster, who had also attracted attention from the likes of Marseille and Olympiakos, wants to get more first time experience under his belt and said that Dijon manager Patrice Carteron was a big reason for him to return to France
Kakuta, who was once hailed as one of the great upcoming talents in French football, hasn’t seen his career take off the way it should have, and the 20 year old is hoping to resurrect it in his native land.
Kakuta joined Bolton on loan in the summer window but returned to Chelsea after making just six appearances for the Trotters. He has also had a previous loan stint at London neighbours Fulham.
