League One outfit Carlisle United have completed the signing of defender Ben White on loan from Leeds United. The 24 year old White has joined the Cumbrians for a month till the 25th of February 2012.
White has had an injury wrecked few seasons at Elland Road and has made only six appearances for the Whites in the last two and a half years. He has now recovered full fitness and manager Simon Grayson was keen for him to get some competitive football under his belt.
Carlisle manager Greg Abbott first enquired about the defenders’ services last week and revealed that he was very happy to tie up a deal for him at Brunton Park.
