According to media reports in Turkey, Liverpool have reportedly made a 15 million euro bid for Fenerbahce’s Moussa Sow. Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is keen to further bolster his meagre striking resources and has moved for Sow after PSG indicated their reluctance to sell Kevin Gameiro.
Sow only joined Fenerbahce from Lille last year on a four and half year deal, meaning that he still has three and a half years on his contract with the Turkish giants.
Liverpool signed Daniel Sturridge from Chelsea last week but Luis Suarez and he are the club’s only senior strikers at this moment.
The success of fellow Senegalese stars Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse in the Premier League may persuade Sow, a former Arsenal target, to try his luck in England.
