Gorka Pintado and Luis Boa Morte have left Swansea City and West Ham United respectively by mutual consent. Both Pintado and Boa Morte had a year left on their contracts at their respective clubs but had them terminated so that they could seek greener pastures.
Spanish striker Pintado, who arrived at the Welsh club from Granada had fallen down the pecking order at the Liberty Stadium following the arrival of Danny Graham. With Leroy Lita also set to touch base, Pintado felt it better to pursue his career elsewhere and the Swans obliged.
Boa Morte, who joined West Ham in 2007, is likely to move to Greece, with Chris Coleman managed Larissa being spoken of as his most likely destination.
