New QPR boss Harry Redknapp has revealed that he is interested in bringing in players on-loan from the MLS. The likes of Robbie Keane, Landon Donovan and Tim Cahill all have experience of playing in the Premier League.
LA Galaxy pair Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane have just celebrated winning the MLS Cup, alongside former-England star David Beckham. The pair have both enjoyed loans spells in the Premier League in recent seasons.
Everton are keen for Donovan to return to Merseyside this January for a third stint at the club, but it’s unknown whether he will want to make the move. Keane is Redknapp’s main transfer target in January, as the former-Tottenham boss looks to strengthen his attacking options.
Redknapp is known to be a wheeler dealer, but has stated that he may not spend any money in the January window. The likes of Donovan and Keane could prove to be cheap options for the Hoops.
