Liverpool’s young star Raheem Sterling is expected to tell Liverpool he wants a move away from the Anfield club.
20 year old Sterling rejected a new £100,000-a-week contract, but has denied that his desire to move is money related.
It is believed that Sterling told manager Brendan Rodgers he wanted to leave before the Chelsea game on 10 May and will now meet with Rodgers and chief executive Ian Ayre to discuss his future.
It is understood that Liverpool are desperate to keep Sterling, but a host of the top Premier League clubs are closely monitoring the situation.
