Manchester United and Ajax are amongst the clubs said to be very interested in Nordsjaelland youngster Kamaldeen Sulemana. The Dutch giants reportedly also had a bid rejected in the winter transfer window, and are set to return with a higher offer this summer to test FCN’s resolve.
United are also said to be keeping tabs on the youngster’s progress, as are Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen. The Red Devils also recently signed another promising African youngster in the form of Ivory Coast starlet Amad Diallo.
Ajax and Nordsjaelland have done business in the past, and young Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Kudus even moved from the Norwegian outfit to the Eredivisie last summer. Kudus even played in the Champions League against Liverpool but had to be subbed off due to injury. Sulemana, like Kudus, is a product of Ghana’s “Right to Dream” academy.
Sulemana is contracted to Nordsjaelland till the summer of 2024. He has nine goals and six assists to his name in 26 games for them this campaign. The teenager has also been capped by Ghana at international level, playing in the Black Stars’ friendlies against Mali and Qatar back in October last year.
