Premier League side Tottenham are in negotiations to sign young Brazilian Sandro. Spurs attempted to sign the 20 year-old in the summer but couldn’t finalise the deal. The youngster won his first cap for Brazil earlier this year and is highly rated. He currently plies his trade in his homeland with Internacional.
Sandro has revealed he doesn’t know anything about a transfer but there is now speculation that he will move to the Premier League in January. The youngster told Radio Gauch: “I don’t know anything. If there would be something true about my transfer I suppose that somebody would have told me something about it,”
“But maybe there is something true about me being transferred but they are respecting my personal moment and that’s why I haven’t been told anything.”
However the players agent Luiz Paulo Chignall believes a deal is very close. The deal is believed to be complicated as his club Internacional don’t own the player outright. Tottenham have got a co-operation agreement with the Brazilian club, so the club are confident of a deal going ahead.
Chignall revealed: “This deal is very advanced although Internacional are yet to receive some important documents,”
