Armand Traore is set to become the seventh player to leave the Emirates this summer with reports coming in that he is set to sign for QPR. Traore, who started Arsenal’s 8-2 loss to Man Utd on Sunday, is set to undergo a medical at Loftus Road later today as he seeks to join Samir Nasri, Cesc Fabregas, Emmanuel Eboue, Gael Clichy, Carlos Vela and Denilson on their route out of Arsenal.
Traore was once hailed as a natural successor to Ashley Cole but instead had to go on loan to both Portsmouth and Juventus as his career didn’t quite take off. However should Traore leave the club, it means that the club will have only one established left back in the form of Kieran Gibbs.
