Bolton Wanderers have completed the signing of Keith Andrews on a free transfer. Republic of Ireland international Andrews, who played all three of Ireland’s group games at Euro 2012, was released by West Bromwich Albion and the Trotters, who were relegated to the Championship at the end of the 11/12 season, moved quickly to secure his services.
Andrews thus becomes Bolton’s first signing of the summer. He started his career with Wolverhampton Wanderers and represented Blackburn Rovers, MK Dons and Hull City before moving to West Brom. He has also had loan stints at Stoke, Walsall, Oxford United and Ipswich.
Andrews has put pen to paper a three year contract at the Reebok Stadium.
