English champions Manchester United have reportedly upped their bid for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas to £30million plus add-ons, from £25million. The Catalan giants have stated that they do not wish to sell the midfielder and recently described him as ‘untransferrable’.
Fabregas is believed to be happy at Barcelona, but not happy at not being a first choice for the Blaugrana. Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City are also believed to hold an interest in signing the midfielder.
This transfer saga is likely to run for most of the summer, with United in need of reinforcements ahead of the new campaign.
