Russian outfit CSKA Moscow have completed the signing of Serbian winger Zoran Tosic from Manchester United. Tosic, who is currently with the Serbian team at the 2010 World Cup, has signed a five year contract with CSKA. The fee CSKA paid United for Tosic was not disclosed, but rumours have it to be somewhere around the £8m mark.
Tosic joined Manchester United in January 2009 as part of the deal that also brought Adam Ljajić to Old Trafford. However the former Partizan starlet struggled to break through into the first team and made only five appearances for the Red Devils in his eighteen month stay at the Threatre of Dreams. Tosic spent the last half of the 09/10 season on loan with Bundesliga side FC Koln.
Koln were eager to keep Tosic but were unable to afford the fee United had quoted for the young Serbian left winger.
